Well FS Friends send up the balloons and light the Sparklers!....After one year on Eat Right For Your Blood Type Diet I stepped on the scale this morning and I reached my goal weight of 135lbs. I have now lost 100 lbs. in a year!!!!!! Oh Wow!...I actually did it! :)))

OH. MY. GAWD. !!!!!! I'm so happy for you. That is such an incredible achievement! Welcome to Maintenance. :-) There's this really cool website that I've got my eyes on to join. It's called the "National Weight Control Registry" and it's for people who've lost a significant amount of weight and kept it off for at least one year. You volunteer to help science.
