Because I have cut out most "junk" in my diet I sometimes find it a challenge to get "Enough" calories in a day. There are days I am content to stay at 1200 calories and not eat anymore. Sometimes I have to make myself eat.
I am amazed.. I used to eat two big macs and a filet-o-fish in one meal!
