Lost fat and gained lean...Stayed even on the scale. Probably would have lost weight if I didn’t have pizza two days in a row. Stupid kid parties!
105.9 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
