So I just got my biggest loser book yesterday & it says my calories should be 1596. Jenny Craig currently has me on a 1700 calorie plan & im supposed to stay on that plan until I reach 217 then it gets dropped down to 1500. hmm... I am not sure what to do. I will try the biggest loser recommendation & scale the calories back. The next 2 weeks I will work very hard to support this change & see what the results will be...
