Started today at 217.8. Down 1 lb from yesterday.
Also did 1 hour 20 minute bike ride (~16 miles). Took it easy, it was VERY hot and humid. Like a brick wall. Noticed problems keeping my HR up above 116. I guess I am getting fit and need more speed!
Cleaned up my computer room and threw away like 50 lbs of cables. Old Audio/Video Cables, lots of component RGB cables, shit like that.
Today is fathers day. I have a ton of homework to do (my fault for waiting) and Class tonight from 5-9PM. Super sucks, but what can you do.
I am ready for another bike ride! lol
