Ugh! The calorie costs of some foods are ridiculous! I am only done with my breakfast, one snack, and recorded one of the things I was thinking about having for lunch .... and I'm already at 99% of 1600 RDI! While I don't think we are restricting or modifying my meals just yet, it still makes me cringe!
