Day 3 of INDUCTION--I have been journal-ing more and I feel like it helps me stay accountable! I did great yesterday out at the baseball game, had two big crabcakes, but I was in Maryland so they had NO filler lol(I asked!). Next comes the challenge of the weekend! Today's weigh-in was great, 4 lbs less than Wednesday when I started over!!
