I am feeling great. I lost 2 pounds this week. All that walking in six flags made up for my day of binge eating...maybe?...i dont know. I tried out my eating plan yesterday and it was good. I didnt feel hungry and ended up eating less than I planned, which was a first. I think starting with a big breakfast and going down to just protein shakes for dinner really helps. My avocado, chicken breast and greens salad was yummy and I was stuffed. I really hate drinking protein shakes though. They are not tasty and the texture is weird but its the only way I get my protein without taking in carbs and fats.
I have my end of the year staff party today plus a wedding and father's day bbq this weekend. I really need to plan accordingly. My big thing is avoiding the alcohol. I read somewhere that for men alcohol is responsible for that lower belly fat, which I am trying to lose, so I stopped drinking cold turkey. I messed up last weekend at a birthday party but for the most part havent had a sip of alcohol for 3 weeks.
