This is a lifestyle change. I was "stuck" on a plateau for five days and I tried not to panic and eat too few calories. the only way to really do this is to restrict calories and work out more. I don't want to be a "fat skinny"
85.2 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 12.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
