I wish I had wise words for you, but I was in the same boat with IF, I don't do it anymore, I'm trying to listen to my body and eat accordingly, not easy. I hope you find how to get passed this plateau.

I am also doing intermittent fasting and then eating healthy keto diet in my eating window. I have committed to doing a 100 days and then seeing how I feel. So not going to worry about the weight and more on laying down healthy habits to combat my insulin resistance and thyroid issues

Maybe add in some walking? I have read up an they suggest training for 50min with a max heart rate of 130beats. Not too high but enough to het the fat burning. Or try some weight training if you are not currently doing it. You might pick up muscle weight but you will definitely lose the fat

Do intermittent fasting for 3 days, 600 calories a day, eat at 11:00 in the morning and 8 hour break and your dinner must be at 19:00. The other 4 days eat as your normal day meals. You can't intermittent fasting all the time, your body gets use to it and you will hid the plague. I've got the book on intermittent fasting.

IF has also helped me getting rid of a lot of kilos, but yes you do tend to plateau from time to time. I overcome that by changing my diet slightly and at times eating normal for a week or two. The longest I have done IF was for 3 months and dropped 7 kg. However, I always take weekends off and eat meals under 400 calories at a go. Adding in supersize towards the end of the starvation period or after a meal does seem to work too.
