This weekend has been kind of bad diet wise but I decided I'm not going to beat myself up about it. I'm going to keep going.
I have also been struggling with what I really want my weight to be, BMI or what feels right. So I'm deciding on what feels right. Now my goal weight will have to adjusted. The plan is to keep up with the diet and do some toning exercises.
Here's to another two months to my goal weight. 😊
