Didn't go walking yesterday. Today time is tight so that may happen again today. Am trying to be careful about what I am eating (at least from today forward). I think I need to work on taking in more protein and less carbs & fats (though fats tend to be soooo tasty!).
I want to try to find some pre-made meringues today at the store (I want to make some from scratch but this week is so busy it's not gonna happen).
