Yes onder die 70 kg. nog 4.5 kilo en ik heb mijn doel behaald. In 8 weken tijd 3 kilo eraf. Valt mee hoeveel maar het is eraf!! ❤💪
69.5 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
