this weekend was a big blurr. I didn't overdo it, but I found that it was too much stress to write down everything I ate. I now want healthy habits to just be a part of who I am so I can feel like I am living life normally like everyone else. I love Jenny Craig, but gosh is it expensive! I bought the biggest loser 100 simple swaps to a healthier lifestyle book on amazon this weekend. I cant wait to get it & start making some good changes around the house. I am encouraged. Never to give up...

I haven't been journeling of things food/exercise of late either-been kind of a chore when all I want to do is go outside or whatever...but I HAVE been keeping a mental itiniary and doing the weigh-ins and since I've been having a loss ...I'm not gonna sweat it :)And encouraged is good :)

Wow, more exercise? I am really working so hard already. Only the strong survive, and i'll be one of those with God's help. Thanks Bud for the endless support.
