Just got done with a workout, 40 min. of Turbo Jam. It was hard to motivate myself to do it, but now I'm glad I did. Continuing to excercise I see as a huge challange I have to conquer. I'll take suggestions...

I think the key to sticking with exercise is doing something you enjoy! I hate treadmills, exercise videos, going to the gym......it's so boring to me. I like to put my ipod on and ride my bike, walk at the park while my kids play, lift weights, dance around the house when nobody's home. Otherwise, I'd go nuts. You just need to find something you love doing and do it everyday!
