Kind of crabby with myself. I got a little carried away with some Oreo & Nutter Butter cookies last night. I bought a box of 2 cookie packs thinking it would help me not go overboard. Nope.

Hopefully I can get back on track. Evenings are always hard. I can be an angel all day at work, but when I get home I get into trouble. I guess I just need to keep myself busier in the evening.

Just going to move forward and try to do better.

I tend to drink more water in the evenings, it fills up the belly and helps curb cravings. I also have to remind myself that I have had plenty of calories for the day (unless I'm under, then I get a snack). If I'm having a difficult time, a nice big mug of hot tea, like peppermint, really helps. Hope you find what works for you!
