Are these kind of bars even good for you ?

I would imagine full of “natural” sugars - depends on what your lifestyle/eating habits are but would imagine high in calories.

I suppose, like everything, it depends on how you eat them in your overall plan. If they're an occasional treat or something to have in your bag for emergencies then they're probably fine. If you eat a load of them, not so good.

very rarely! some are just as much cals as a bar of chocolate. the only low stuff I tend to find are the Alpen light bars and one or two others. their best use is to curb sugar cravings.

Thanks everyone Yes okay !! Bran flakes for breakfast then Had steak, carrots and green beans for dinner ... not too sure what to have for tea tho 🤔 something with steak anyway (forgot to take chicken out the freezer haha)

Ok 👍 mmm stop over the supermarket and pick up a roast chicken? Or roast chicken pieces? With a salad? 😂😂

You can make them very easily and drop all the palm oil and preservatives. Melt 2oz butter, 2oz sugar, 1tbsp syrup and as much muesli as it can take. Bake in a tray 180 degrees till golden. Mark into portions while hot. Much cheaper too!

Usually they arent. They promote the grains, fruits etc but the sugar content is usually quite high as is the fat for something that small. Nice as a one off but they can become a habit if they're too nice.

Today I am making lean beef burgers to stock up. So I will have it with potatoe mash and a salad. Although I also fancy a steak 😂😂
