Spent the weekend burying my head in a wealth of food. Really need to get back on top of everything this week as it's going to be tough as it is. Not happy with my results so far as I appear to have put on a pound a day over the weekend. I need to redress the balance.

So what's going wrong?

I have lots of tempting food in the house, I'm feeling a little worn out by all the travelling so am resting more. I may have become complacent as it's Easter and I'm officially back on the booze and chocolate.

Actions
- ditch the tempting food
- plan the exercise and meals
- quit the booze until the B'day
