Happy Easter everyone! So, I managed to have Easter with my family without chowing down on all of my dad's macaroni au gratin. LOL! I'm sooo happy and proud of that. Since it was heavy meal, I ate around 6:30p so that I had time to digest. Overall, I found out that I HAVE control over the food that I put in my body. It is no longer in control of me!
