Challenging day today... went to bad late last night...woke around 4AM or so... went back to sleep after a half hour or so... Slept until 8AM. Did not do well on water intake today... only took in 80 ounces of my required 128.
Weighed in today - dropped three pounds since starting the program one week ago.
