Lets try this again. My third try to enter something into my journal. Not doing really well on my diet. Gained 4 pounds back. I really thought eating 1700 calories a day was going to be easy. I started out actually not able to eat that many calories. I was always 100 short a day. I have gone from that to not being able to stay under 1700 a day. I have wanted to eat everything in site the last week, chips and candy mostly. I used to be able to keep from eating that stuff because I didn't buy it so it was not in the house. Now that my daughter is living back with us. She buys that stuff and I now have access to it. I sure hope I can get back on track. Will keep trying.
