Well Im down some, I havent cheated and have kept my carbs below 20 everyday. Its kind of discouraging but I keep trying. Today I have had 3 eggs with cheddar, sausage and some diced jalapenos. That was really good but spicy! I also made some coconut macaroons. I used 3 egg whites, some swerve, some cream of tartar and unsweetened coconut. Pretty good, I figure it has lots of fiber and it made about 15 of them. I think next time I will make them smaller as it took awhile for them to cook.
