1st meal - bagel - 280 - 10:30
2nd meal - turkey sandwich - 215 - 2:15
3rd meal - yogurt - 170 - 1:00
4th meal - rice and beans 615 - 6:30
5th meal - peanut butter crackers - 240 - 10:45
6th meal - turkey burger


GOT DONE WITH WALK AND BIKE ABOUT 12:15

Well if you weigh every day, then you may see the scale go up and down all the time. Exercise (sore muscles retain water) can make the scale go up, all the food and liquids we have all day, sodium intake, medications, stress, etc. If you are on plan and doing what you are supposed to, it will come off.
