Even though my weight has shifted upwards, my waist has shrunk a bit! All the sz 6's I wear fit beautifully, and my "skinny" jeans fit well first thing in the morning..then towards the night, now so well..but that is new too! I can remember a time that I couldnt even put a thigh in my sz 6s..granted that was right after giving birth..but still! Im in a rather happy mood despite my lil raise in weight. I have absolutely no interest in eating, and I had to force myself to eat lunch. I could care less about those fresh cookies on the counter. This is the ketosis I have come to know and love! I dont find that Im more metally clear, but I can drop and do 20 pushups hourly without a huff or puff. That is new too!

Okay here is my food for the day:
1 cup cucumber 3.4
1/2 cup peppers 1.2
espresso with 2 oz cream 1.6
1 pkt splenda 1.0
1 tbsp balsalmic vinegar 2.0
evoo
1 slice cheese 2.0
2 eggs w/cheese 3.0
Total net carb: 14.2

Inches are just as important as pounds! (If not more so) I'm sure the scale will catch up soon too. Great attitude! and great food choices!
