ok I am super stoked I have been dabbling my hand at the full on fitness thing for the last two weeks.
and on Saturday I ran my first 10km race since September last year thinking to myself I;m not here to beat any scores I'm just here to have a good time and burn calories.
and so I set off at a steady pace and I got my best time on a 10km that I've ever received 1h.19m.25
sooo happy, to be back in the game.
