I didn't sleep well last night, took ages to fall asleep and then woke up in the early hours of the morning and couldn't get back to sleep :( Think it might have something to do with cutting down on carbs and calories. Hopefully it will resolve itself on it's own in time soon! I'm going to try to have more carbs and protein tonight and see if it helps.
