On the plus side I did go to Pilates twice on the minus I didn't do much walking and ate poorly. I can't wait until it stops getting dark at five o'clock I have such a hard time motivating myself in the evening when it is cold and dark out. I need to get my tush off the couch and out the door. We are coming out of deep chill so back to walking this week!
