10/30 of my points are now used up. well, more than that actually. I didnt include everything that i drank last night. My problem yesterday was that my husband was hunry and we went to a buffet. I did good, but it was about 3 hrs after my lunch, and about 2 hrs before we usually eat dinner. I got really hungry around 9 and i had to eat seomthing else. I need to talk to him and tell him i can't do this unless he is willing to help me by making small changes.
