All I drink through the week is water but for some reason I struggle to drink more than a litre a day .... 🤨

If you're only drinking water, that's great! No reason to force your body to drink more than it wants.

I do have 3 coffees a day too but I just sometimes think do I need more !!! But like you say don’t force it my body must be happy with that 🙌🏻

water tends to turn on me. luckily hardly any calories in squash.

I semi forced myself to drink 3 litres a day and after one week I'm looking for it. bought a 2.2 litre bottle from B&m so I can see the amount diminish. I usually drink 2 litres by 12am then the other one litre throughout the day. Can't believe that I don't seem to need to use the loo more often either so my body must need it. one thing I have noticed is I have much fewer headaches. maybe worth persevering but we are all different 😊

That’s amazing ! I use a litre bottle but I just struggle !!! But like you said now your body looks for it cause it’s used to it ... I just sometimes think I’m depriving my body of it but then again I don’t always feel thirsty but that must be the way my body is

I never thought I could drink this much (unless it was wine 😎) but it's amazing what you can adapt to but we are all different. Just enjoy what you do and it's positive that we are all trying to improve ourselves however we do it 👍😊
