Woohoo, back down to 219. As long as I am in the teens I am good for now.
After last weeks cheat day, really gained weight, and felt like crap. Wife and I have decided to go easier. It was tough when we went to a social event and had the person cooking for us.
The wind here finally let up yesterday so I could ride my bike. It was rough! I did not want to do it, and even when I got over the hump (1st bridge) it did not get easier. It was like I had no energy and/or my legs were wore out. We'll see how it goes today. I would like to Ride today and tomorrow, and take Thursday off to prepare for Friday's big ride.
Yesterday's dinner was chicken (Yay, more chicken!), and veggies the wife made which were great. I also had chicken for lunch!
Today, more of the same. Life is good!
