Started at 134 pounds, after a year of stress and weight gain, weighed in at 124 this morning. I’ve become quite fond of steamed broccoli and hard boiled eggs with this crash diet. It’s the first time I’ve ever dieted or needed to, and not only am I pleased with the results, I’m realizing how difficult this is for the first time in my life. My hats off to all of you who have done this before; I can’t wait to reach my goal.
115-115 pounds, here I come. It’s well within my grasp.
