Ok I used to be an avid once a week weigher but I have decided to try out the method of weighing daily.
because I have been doing some reading on the matter and they say people who weigh themselves daily have better results because they are held accountable for everydays food choice, but it also comes down to the personality of the person do you need the control of knowing your daily progress so you can adjust accordingly daily or do you prefer to put it off until a designated day dealing with the final result with weekly goals and battle plans.
I don't know I think after my disappointing reading on Monday I want to have more control I want to know where I went wrong and how I can fix it before everything goes belly up.

I weigh daily because when I didn't, I started avoiding the scale and it did not turn out well.
