So, I'm here eating to much, only keto friendly foods, but my calorie count is off the charts. I ate 1100 calories for breakfast. I seem to be insatiably hungry. I am gonna try to cut back a little maybe I'll try a 1 or 2 day fast to get back on track. I plan on starting a squat challenge & plank challenge on March 1st. One month of doing 100 squats everyday & a month of doing planks trying to work up to 5 minutes or as close as I can get. Here's to being healthier.
