It seems half the battle is to resist eating! I like the well seasoned wraps and burritos for breakfast with a chilli to burn away in my stomach to keep me warm. The suggested menus from the NHS site seem to be well thought out and just the couple I've used have been nasty. Portion control is easier IF what I eat is tasty and satisfying. Plenty of fruit for snacking, makes up for eating less sugary foods. In the past 2 weeks I've lost about 4kilos. Can't be bad.

That should read 'tasty' and not 'nasty' ... I couldn't see how to edit!
