OUUUUCH! I just rediscovered a muscle I forgot I had doing lunges...I am not sure I will be able to walk tomorrow. No pain no gain...ok I might have overdone it a little today. Great all over workout below...it took me 30 minutes though not 20 because I had to stop and read how to do each exercise first LOL.
