Have been a bad girl this last week. Tired of trying to lose weight and not. BUT I have still been exercising, and I am re-focusing on my diet ... no more cookies (my downfall.)

Weight watchers has a kind of chocolate/cookies/treats in our supermarkets here in upstate, NY. I'm not sure if they would have them there but worth looking into if you need something to curve your cravings here and there. :) Keep the faith lady. Good Luck! You can do it!
