Healthy brownies: sugar free, gluten free, with no added butter and 85% cocoa chocolate!! :) Super easy and delicious!

Guys, I'm sorry, I don't speak Dutch :( but here is the recipe in English and French: You will need: 1 avocado, 2 medium bananas, 100g coconut powder, 85g 85% cocoa dark chocolate, 2 eggs, 120g honey and a bit of baking powder. First of all, preheat the oven at 150 degress, then turn the coconut powder into flour by putting it into the blender, add the baking powder and put it aside. Then place the avocado, bananas and honey into the blender and blend everything together until they're mashed. Put the chocolate into the microvawe for 2,5min and don't forget to check if it's burning from time to time. Then just mix everything together, put a few nuts on top of it and place it into the oven for about 30mins. :)

Et maintenant, en français: Il vous faudra: 1 avocat, 2 bananes moyennes, 100g poudre de coco, 85g chocolat noir 85%, 2 oeufs, 120g miel, un peu de poudre à lever. Commencez par préchauffee le four à 150 degrés et ensuite transformez la poudre de coco en farine au blender, ajoutez la poudre à lever et réservez. Mixez ensuite l'avocat, les bananes et le miel jusqu'à obtention d'une pâte homogène. Faites fondre le chocolat au micro-onde pendant 2,5min en vérifiant qu'il ne brûle pas de temps en temps. Mélangez tous les ingrédients, rajoutez quelques noix sur le dessus et faites cuire au four pendant environ 30min. :)

yesterday i baked it and today we eat it together with friends, your's looked better😊 but we liked it all do you know the calories?

Hi innie2, I'm glad you liked it! :) I made 8 pieces of it and it was 217 calories/piece 🙉 as you know healthy doesn't always mean less calories(( but still I think it's better than eating pastries with a lot of added sugar and fat 😊

Might not be that low in calories, but at least only good fats and natural sugars are present :) So it will be nicer for your body than a tradition brownie!
