So after a "recovery" week, I am once again ramping up the exercise. Back to the gym today, martial arts tonight. Running and kick boxing slated for tomorrow.

Of course, we'll have to see how that goes since my wife, who has a photo shoot coming up at her dance studio, has decided that a diet is probably the best way to get rid of the water weight. In the logic of that, it has been determined that we need diet together, so for the next two weeks I'll be enjoying some severely reduced carbohydrates. Hopefully I'll be able to eat enough calorie-wise to keep up with energy needs but if this gets to be too rough I'll talk her out of the "us" bit of the diet. In the mean time, I'll show solidarity, etc...

Interesting. I should lower carbs. I LOVE carbs though, and I lost weight eating them too. But I wonder how strict I have to go for the last 3 lbs. hm. Also, did you have a loss when you weren't working out?(meaning your deficit wasn't too big-thats good!) Either way, congrats on the new low!! :)
