Weight's up a little after the weekend. Also I was rushing to get to my 8:30 AM seminar and forgot my whole lunch at home. :( So now I have no food. It's not going to be a good food day. Maybe I'll just fast.

THREE THINGS I'M GRATEFUL FOR TODAY:
1) Only 4 more 4 PM Monday classes for the semester
2) Another girl at work got engaged so we can help each other w/ the planning process
3) My coworker is finally back from vacation-- it was too quiet!

62.6 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week

I hate when I forget my lunch at home. No where around to pick up anything healthy?

Mostly fast food restaurants. I might just go steal a yogurt from Salem... that's a good thing about working at the same place as him! :)

Weekends are so hard NOT to gain, so dont be to bummed about it - you'll have it off soon! As far as forgetting your lunch - I've done it a few times, and thats why I always have extra stuff here at work. On Mondays I bring a bunch of bananas, and I always have bars in my purse. So even if I do forget my lunch, I'm not forced to stop at McDonalds or anything. .... plus the fact that I work about 1 mile from home means I can just run there and go get it.... lol Have a great Monday!!!

Did you end up fasting? That would have been a good way to turn a negative into a positive. I hope you are well and wish you a great day buddy! :-)
