boleh sis, cuma kena kawal kuantiti... tp klu kita nak kurangkn berat better ganti nasi ngan karbo lain mcm beras perang, wholebread, ubi manis

sy lebih suka follow diet kalori dr atkins... pemilihan makanan pun lebih healthy... coz klu diet kalori mmg kita kurang or elakkan ambil makanan yg bgoreng coz tinggi kalori
