Well my fellow SBDers I am back after almost a year. I had an injury to my shoulder in July and fell off the excercise regime. I then had another accident and dropped a 26" TV on my right hand and crushed three fingers on my right hand and that sent me into a whirlwind of depression, chocolate, chips and junk food. I was living on my couch.
Now after, getting over a bad bout of the flu, I have finally decided that I am tired of feeling crappy. Even though my weight loss last year was minimal and my inches lost were few I felt great in comparison to how I feel right now.
I am going to start on Phase 1 on Monday, with a weigh in a mearsurment record. Wish me luck!
