OK, so I was very careful yesterday, stayed within my net carbs of 25 ( with 12-15 from veggies), not sure if I got all of my water in, but close, unless my scale is playing tricks on me i am down another pound. Will be very careful today, will make sure to record net carbs and eat only Atkins friendly food.
