Terrible day at work yesterday...really the worst "anything that can go wrong will" kind of thing....stayed until 11:30 to fix it all.....but even in the thick of things with dinner questionable...I DID NOT EAT THAT CANDYBAR CALLING MY NAME IN THE VENDING MACHINE. No, I ate my protein bar to stave off the hunger and then made a smarter choice later in the evening that kept me in the healthy calorie dept.!
