I really hate going to the dentist! THis time it was 3 fillings but now my cheek is swollen and tender. I don't think it's infected just strained from them doing the fillings. My goal this week is to drink lots and lots of water and so far so good. It's going to be hard eating and following the diet but I am going to do my best.
