My week went pretty well. Worked out for 7 days rest day today maybe I'm going Skiing but at the same time I feel tired and a little sick. Ate a good breakfast at 5am my next meal snack at 8am I eat every 3 to 4 hours
48.4 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
