Still no loss, yesterday I did fall off the wagon but got back on today, will wait until Monday to weigh. (It's the only daysince i started Atkins that i had extra carbs) Found out i need to have my gallbladder removed and this is probably part of the reason i was not able to tolerate the bulk veggies. Will continue to do green beans, spring mix and avocados. I did buy some squash to try, need to get easy recipe as I have never eaten or cooked this before. Will continue to document food, also walking 3-4 days per week 1 to 1-1/2 miles daily.
