I haven't weighed in for a long time. I let all my dieting go and I wasn't working out. By the time I got back to work on Jan. 3rd, I was up to 150 pounds. On Jan. 3rd I started Weight Watchers and I am back down to 146 pounds, so I have been averaging 2 pounds per week. It is encouraging...I hope this works!
