Really, really upset by this weight gain. Not understanding why this is going in the opposite direction.
Have a personal training session today. But hard to be excited now that I’m at the highest weight I have been at in a long time.
56.8 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
