I like the fact that when you record a weigh in, you get information about how long it will take to hit your goal weight - if you stick to that rate of loss.
Mine just said 22 months!! This means I'd better get my butt in gear! (Literally - going to start Jill whoever's 30 day shred tomorrow am. Why start tomorrow? Major kink in my neck... once that's out, I'll be aok.)
Now for some water...
