I lost weight, this week, inspite of a few dietary faux pas, some of which were recorded, some of which were not. :-)
I'm only a few weeks from turning 55, so I decided to join the current Atkins Challenge, and revert back to Induction level, while leading up to it, in an effort reach my interim goal of 275 lbs, or lower, before my Birthday. My battle is far from over, and though I've already won, by faith, my body doesn't know it yet; time to get it in line. LOL :-)
